How long does delivery take?
We process and ship orders every day except Sunday! This helps ensure your package is delivered in just a few business days, free of charge!
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Arizona, USA.
When will I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order (but keep in mind, we don't ship Sunday). Please check your spam folder if the email did not make it to your inbox.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use use them all! But most orders ship via UPS because they are fast and reliable!
You're USA based, but do you ship internationally?
We ship to about a half dozen international destinations, which you can find listed on the checkout page. All international shipping is a flat fee of $19.99 USD. International delivery usually take 7-10 days, but varies depending depending on how long customs takes to process and release your package.
