Carne Collective

If you're not a meat lover yourself, chances are you know one. That's why when one of our team members tried Carne Collective they said... "that's amazing". And it's not just the taste and quality of the meat that's impressive but also the story of the origins of the meat that we can get behind. If you're in the U.S., you're likely used to eating grain-fed, mass produced beef from cows that were not treated ethically and were pumped with hormones + antibiotics. Carne Collective sources its meat from family owned farms in Argentina so the result is a 100% premium grass-fed Angus beef that's better quality, better for the planet, and a better business model. Directly from the pastures of Argentina to your table.

Argentina is world renowned for their beef, and Carne Collective lets you built your box of beef with your favorite cuts directly from the source. Carne Collective use only grade-A  Aberdeen Angus cattle, which are a breed known to yield a well-marbled and beefier flavor. The U.S. ranks grain-fed beef cuts based on quality (Prime, Choice, or Select) but there are no similar standards for grass-fed beef, so Carne Collective’s Argentinian beef is in a category of its own as compared to the beef you buy at the grocery store.

You can purchase single cuts or build your own box and subscribe for automatic deliveries. Some of the Carne Collective cuts include: Matambre, Ground Chuck, Flank Steak, Picanha Steak, Tri-Tip, Whole Tenderloins, New York Strip, Skirt Steak, Sirloin Steak, Picanha Culotte, Filet Mignon, Tenderloin Tips, and Ribeye.

Carne Collective’s angus cattle get to roam and graze freely on Argentina’s natural pastures, untouched by antibiotics or hormones and with minimal interference. The cattle’s natural grass diet significantly reduces the amount of ozone-harming methane gas released into the atmosphere, so these practices create a positive environmental impact and lead to healthier, tastier meat.

The meat is not only healthier, leaner, and more tender but is also rich in antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin B6, and beta-carotene. Carne Collective beef is also lower in cholesterol vs. the grain-fed beef you’re used to. The beef is cut to order, flash-frozen at the prime of freshness, and delivered direct to your door… farm to table, from Argentina to your home.
